Art Stuff - Feather from my visual diary

The kids brought back a turkey feather one time in the bush. I hadn't ever tried doing a feather of any kind before so I did this one and made a note about the kids taking a walk into our bush. I didn't see them for hours they were having so much fun that day. Dated 8th January 2006. Gosh that's a while ago now seems just like yesterday.

    Reminds me of those old-style biology field-notes from the 19th century and before. The object, a sketch, and lots of notes in the margin. I like that a lot.
