Off the Farm - NZ Cormorant at Hokianga Harbour
It took me ages to get this shot. We spent a day at Hokianga Harbour a stunning location on the west coast about two hours drive from where we live. I didn't want to leave but like all good things it had to come to an end. I'll be going back up there sooner rather than later. I think I'll retire there ..some day that is.
yep I can understand you wanting to retire up there, it's beautiful. Me...I'd like to end up on the water's edge by Tinopai beach in a holiday bach with peace, quiet and the ocean all around. Must be the mermaid in me lol
ReplyDeleteOh I cant wait to go there when we visit! LOL seriously...thats a wonderful photo! Great eye, and patience!
ReplyDeleteI just love the Hokianga. Amy I love Tinopai as well so does my mum
ReplyDeleteRae - you would never want to leave. It's just such a neat place to go to. Road sucks though but the drive is worth it and yes I'd definitely take you up there. That photo was worth the shot. Just took half an hour to sneak up a little closer!!!
