  1. Happy New Year to you ! It is still New Year Eve here. I enjoyed your pictures as always. Tomorrow we eat blackeyed peas , cornbread and Cabbage on New Years day. The peas are supposed to bring good luck. Some years I have my doubts ! But, then I think what would have been without them. LOL

  2. Hi Leslie..Happy New Year to you for your New Years Day tomorrow. I realised I hadn't posted anything yesterday. Farm needed attention so we were out on the land all day coming in for lunch and dinner and that's about it. Sounds like you'll be having a good old tradition feed there with the black eyed peas and cornbread.

  6. Hi Ngaio. Happy New Year to you too!! Hot wasn't the word. We were roasting up here yesterday. Out thermometer was reading 28 degrees celsius. So yes it was hot. Hope you are well
