Lovely pics Liz ! I drove through your part of our beautiful country this week ! I thought of you and wished I had been more organised and got your ph number before I left. My daughter, grandaughter and I drove up to Omapere for a family wedding. Stayed at a gorgeous place right on the beach and had the best of times. The Hokianga holds a very special place in my heart - we stopped and paid homage to the great Tane Mahuta and I made my daughter slow down to a crawl through Waipoua - not alot of traffic thank goodness.I will try and get some photos onto my blog Snippetts as soon as I get back to work.
Hi Ngaio!!! Don't you just LOVE Hokianga? I'm deeply in love with it. If you're up again send me an email. I'd love to meet you so would everyone here. I'll sort out putting your other blog in the side bar of mine. Great to hear from you and I'm so pleased you had such a wonderful time at Omapere.

Beautiful Pictures! It's funny to see the textures you picked out, and that where I live they would be totally different because of the climate.
