Day one with the Smallest Jersey Heifer we have ever seen

She arrived today. Was supposed to have gone on the bobby truck..but NO!!! Gillian just had to save this one from that fate. Around 10 days old now and I figured my first one I had raised had been tiny. This one if she is lucky weighed 10kg at birth and was full term. Well now she's maybe 15kg and not even the smallest calf cover fits her. The kids have called her Droplet. This is going to be an interesting time. Usually it's three months all up to weaning. Not this one. I can see at least five months of twice a day tyranny about to head my way. I must be nuts..or to soft for my own good. Well here she is. Go figure the size.
