Pasta,bacon and everything else recipe

I've made this one for years. Really useful when you're invited to a potluck dinner or friends are turning up and you just don't know what to cook. Total time from start to finish around 40 minutes all done in a deep frypan or wok and one pot. You can make up a huge lot then freeze the rest for a TV dinner or reheat for lunch the next day. Wonderful with a fresh salad on the side. Here's the recipe.

Pasta Bacon & Whatever Else Dish
Base recipe feeds around four to six adults

2 cups of macaroni elbows or whatever pasta you like
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
2 onions finely chopped
4 rashers of bacon cut into small pieces
mushrooms as many as required whole or chopped
Tomatoes fresh finely chopped or use tinned ones (I have)
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
Two cups of grated cheese - I use colby but you can use any cheese you like
1 small pot of sour cream

Method
Place the pasta into a pot and follow the directions on the packet
Drain when cooked and keep aside

Main Dish
Place garlic, bacon and onion into a deep frying pan or wok with olive oil and brown
Follow with mushrooms and tomatoes
Beat up two eggs with the milk then pour into the wok
Lower the heat control to simmer
Stir until thickened
Add cheese stir in pasta
Simmer on a very low heat for 10 minutes (sometimes less if you're using gas)
Take off the heat stir in the sour cream and serve
